How To Check Patient Status

Whenever you refer a patient to Compression Care, you’ll receive updates at various points in the process.  But you can always check the latest status in your choice of 2 ways:

Contact Your Case Manager Directly.  A Case Manager was assigned to your patient referral when you submitted it.  You can always contact that Case Manager via e-mail or phone.  The Case Manager and her contact information can be found in your confirmation e-mail.

Request Status Here.  Using the form below, let us know who you’re checking on and we’ll make sure the Case Manager responds with an update.
