Compression Care is pleased to welcome Andrea Roloson as our new Chief Administrative Officer. An experienced leader in the compression therapy industry, Andrea brings a rare combination of operational expertise, field knowledge, clinician-focused service, and growth-stage leadership to Compression Care as we continue expanding our impact across the United States.
Andrea joins Compression Care after serving as Head of Operations at Haddenham LLC, where she played a central role in establishing the company’s U.S. operations. Her work helped guide Haddenham from its pre-market launch through a period of significant growth and success in the American compression market.
Earlier in her career, Andrea built extensive internal and field experience supporting clinicians throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets as a representative of Essity. That background gives her a strong understanding of the needs of providers, patients, and care teams, as well as the operational systems required to support them at scale.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Andrea will help strengthen Compression Care’s internal leadership structure and support the company’s continued growth. She will report to Joshua Perkins, Chief Operating Officer, and serve as a key resource for team leaders across the organization.
“She’ll provide a critical up-line resource for all of our Team Leaders and give us the ability to continue to act nimbly, even as we experience heavy growth and expand into Wound Care this year,” said Joshua Perkins, COO of Compression Care. “That allows us to maintain a high level of customer service, even as our teams keep growing to meet demand.”
Andrea’s appointment comes at an important time for Compression Care. As demand for compression solutions continues to grow, the company is focused on building the systems, leadership, and service model needed to support patients, clinicians, and partners with consistency and care.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Andrea brings a deep passion for foreign languages, education, and empowerment coaching. Her commitment to helping others learn, grow, and lead aligns closely with Compression Care’s team-centered culture.
Andrea will continue to be based in Charlotte as she begins her new role.
