How To Request Assistance with Out-of-Pocket Costs Related to Your Compression Garments

Our Cost Assistance Program is Here to Help

For eligible patients who have been prescribed compression garments by a medical professional and who are having trouble with affordability due to deductible, co-insurance, or other out-of-pocket costs associated with receiving this care, our Cost Assistance Program may be able to help.

If, without our assistance, you cannot afford the costs associated with your compression garments not covered by your health insurance, please apply. The process is simple and fast. Eligible participants may receive up to 50% cost savings.

How It Works

We provide cost support directly to the patient to offset out-of-pocket costs for compression garments purchased from us. This benefit is intended to help eligible patients afford their out-of-pocket obligations as set forth by their health insurance plans, or those who are uninsured.

Simply apply for assistance below by answering a few brief questions. Our Cost Assistance Program administrator will coordinate with your Case Manager at Compression Care as well as your healthcare provider to determine the level of support for which you may qualify.

 

Who’s Eligible?

After your medical professional has referred you to Compression Care, the eligibility criteria are simple:

  • Your out-of-pocket costs exceed $100
  • You reside in the US and have a valid prescription from a healthcare provider licensed in the US
  • Your healthcare provider certifies that you’ve been compliant with treatment to-date
  • You certify that you will make every reasonable effort to be compliant with compression therapy
  • You certify that you don’t have access to other outside sources of funding

No income verification or other support documentation (beyond what’s already being provided by your insurance company and your healthcare provider) is required.
