What Happens Next

One of our Case Managers will get going soon on these steps:

  1. Review your prior order(s) to get all the details of these items for your re-order;
  2. Coordinate with you and your physician to secure any prescription or other paperwork that may be necessary to file your insurance claim;
  3. Send you a statement to confirm all the details of your re-order and determine if you’d like to pick it up at our store location or have us ship it to you;
  4. Make sure you’re happy with everything!

Nothing will get ordered without your express approval, and you won’t incur any costs you don’t approve in advance.  We’ll get all the information together and be back in touch with you very soon.
